An Inspiring Verse

My dad showed me this verse today. It just helped me to understand how to deal with my emotions about the surgery, which is now coming up in only 6 days! I just wanted to share it with you guys.

Philippeans 4:6-7 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (NIV)"

I have made up my mind. I will not be going to school the day of the surgery. I just feel that it would be too difficult for me to be able to concentrate. Keep praying!
