For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, so that by steadfastness and by the encouragement of the scriptures we might have hope.

Heavenly Father, help us heed your call to knock, seek, and ask. For there is no discovery if there is no journey. And thank you for guiding us with your precious Word, which lights our way through this dark world. Please bless our quest and keep us hopeful and steadfast. Amen.

You were like me, Jesus...It comforts me knowing that I am not alone in this human valley, for I saw your footprints in it.
